About Us:
In the crossroads of empowerment and education, we’re excited to announce the collaboration between the formidable Black Employee Network Women of Amazon and BASICS International’s Increasing Girl Access Program (IGAP).
This partnership aims to reshape the future for girls in Ghana by removing obstacles and ensuring access to quality education.

Our Mission:
EmpowerHER goes beyond being a mere collaboration; it’s a movement. Our mission is to provide a platform for Black women to unite and have a lasting impact on the lives of girls in Ghana through the Increasing Girl Access Program (IGAP), a program under the umbrella of BASICS International.
We firmly believe that education is the key to unlocking limitless potential,
and every girl deserves the opportunity to thrive.

Primary Community Based Day School

• Cost: $800 per child per academic year
• Includes school fees, uniforms, school lunch, after-school care, dinner, and healthcare

Primary (Elementary- Junior High) Boarding School

• Cost: $1,450 per child per year
• Includes school fees, uniforms, school lunch, after-school care, dinner, and private health insurance

High School Boarding School

• Cost: $2,300 per child per year
• Covers school fees, boarding and meals, transportation, uniforms, and private health insurance

University Education

• Cost: $2,500 per child per year
• Covers school fees, hostel fees, and a monthly allowance for meals, school materials  and a laptop

CONNECT WITH YOUR BENEFICARY

Once you have made your first sponsorship donation, you will be introduced to your sponsored child through photographs, biography, and a letter from the child you support. Each school term you will receive a progress sheet or report card. Sponsors are invited to write to their child at anytime!
